So busy around here

I haven't posted in a while because it has been so very busy around here. Those days of sitting in the office and listening to the sounds of prep may be over. That is okay with me as the excitement is great.
Sunday we had our first Birthday Party at the store. We had 8 12 year old girls and it was so much fun! They had a great time making french toast and chicken nuggets to take home. The birthday girl did not stop laughing the whole time.
Monday we did our first big catering job at a local Church and again, what I thought would be very hard, turned out fun. There was dinner for sixty on the table in no time and the reaction was heartening. Making new friends with every new job.
Tuesday evening we participated in the Taste of South Orange at Sherrei Tefilo Israel for the benefit of Women Build Habitat for Humanity. Our food was very well recieved and we met the other foodies in the area and did some of our own tasting.
As I said it really has been very busy around here. But we are having a great time. Stop by and say hi when you are on the Avenue.
